Blue Hotel - Bacalar

We were really surprised by the warm welcome we received upon arrival at the hotel. Despite our late arrival in the middle of the night, the staff was superfriendly and made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with daily cleaning service. The hotel also provided good wifi and amenities such as soap. One of the highlights was the kind and knowledgeable guy at the reception, were great to assist us. We appreciated his really good service.
